'The Lady Survives....'

Based on stories collected from women from the Finsbury Park Homeless Families project - this piece of devised theatre brought a team of actor/facilitators together to form a 'Theatrical Response' to the stories.

The resultant 40 min show was toured to five community centres and one school in Islington.

We created a funny, moving, experimental piece of multi-lingual theatre which was met with great delight by the audiences we played to, many of who rarely have access to professional theatre.

Some audiences joined us and told some of their own stories, others went further and developed their own little short scenes. Our audiences ranged in age from 5 - 80.
We had a great time.....
